What do you charge?

There is no fee to visit and discuss your real estate needs. In most cases, if you’re a Buyer, the seller will pay the real estate fee. This is published on the MLS, which is where all listings are pulled that go through a Realtor. If you’re selling, we will discuss what the fee will be, but it’s typically in the 5-6% range, depending on a variety of factors.

Do you pay for marketing?

If I’m hired to sell your home, yes, I pay for the marketing materials. Your home will also have photos professionally taken, which will bring your home to life online. Also, professional brochures, signs, mailers, and other print materials will be prepared, depending on what marketing is best suited to sell your home.

Do you handle the open house and calls or do you have other “support staff” handle that for you?

When you hire me, you are hiring Steve Rakhshani, an experienced professional. Of course, there may be times where I have to rely on support, but for the most part, you should expect to interact with me. I’m available to answer your questions 24/7/365.
